The mornings at Son Siurana begin with a delicious ritual surrounded by the most absolute Mediterranean calm.

At our Buffet Breakfast you will enjoy a wide and careful selection of fresh and best quality products. It includes all types of eggs, sausages and a variety of local cheeses. You will also find homemade yogurt, natural honey, cereals, muesli and delicious crêpes prepared to order.

…of course, there is never a shortage of homemade jams, toasts, a variety of rolls, cookies and cakes made and baked daily by our Chef. Fresh fruits and vegetables, such as cucumbers, zucchini and sun-ripened tomatoes from our own organic garden… Our garden, where aromatic herbs also grow that season our dishes, is not only a source of fresh ingredients but also a space for connection with the earth and nature.

In the “Rincón Mallorquín” you will have the opportunity to taste the most typical products of our island. We have gluten-free products, different types of milk, tea, coffee, infusions and, of course, our orange juice is natural and always freshly squeezed.

At noon, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., we can serve you a snack if you wish. As the afternoon falls…we offer a simple menu with carefully selected products for our guests.

You can contemplate the sunset from our terrace while savoring a variety of the typical Mallorcan “Pa amb Oli”, seasoned with fleur de sel and olive oil, a fresh Gazpacho, a delicious Salad or our most typical dish, Lamb of our own. flock of sheep raised in Son Siurana.
